In July 2019 Iris: the sound of light was born, thanks to an artistic stay in l'Estruch, Fàbrica de Creació de les Arts en Viu.

A multidisciplinary project that follows in the footsteps of synesthetic landscapes.

Color, light and sound are mixed in a synesthetic exercise, based on the relations between light and the colors that both, Newton and Goethe, explained through the vision of the decomposition of white light.
The resulting seven colors, or visible spectrum, are all those colors that can be seen in this decomposition (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet)

From Goethe's Theory of Colors, I developed a musical scale, the basis of the sound work, on a synesthetic relationship.
